Finance Options 

Airco can offer (subject to status) a full range of finance options to help spread the cost, from rental & lease to hire or lease purchase, all at competitive rates. As well as the obvious benefit for cashflow, there can be tax advantages in using these schemes.

100% Tax Relief

The government's Enhanced Capital Allowances Scheme allows 100% of the full installation cost of certain A/A rated energy efficient equipment that appears on the Energy Technology List to be offset against taxable profits in the first year. This includes the total costs of design, installation and commissioning in addition to the equipment. Any business may be eligible  regardless of size, sector or location.

Interest Free Loans

The Carbon Trust offers Interest free loans which start from £3,000 and may be available up to £100,000 to organisations investing in energy efficient systems.

Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI)

The world's first financial incentive to change the way we heat our homes and businesses has been launched by the government, with businesses & householders able to claim payments to help cover the costs of green heating systems from July 2011. The Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) is an attempt to reduce the UK's reliance on fossil fuels, reduce carbon emissions and in addition, to encourage innovation and create jobs and growth in efficient heating technologies.

5% VAT

Residential Heat Pump installations are eligible for a VAT rate of just 5%, as an energy efficient, environmental solution.
